Bonjour 

 

Je rencontre un problème avec les zones de détection, une fois définie et sauvegardé elles se modifient sans intervention de ma part après 1 a 2 jours. Avez vous une solution?

Hi, 
Typically, the detection zone on the camera won't change itself. In your situation, please confirm if the detection zone moves because the camera's monitor area moves, or only the detection zone moves.

 

On the Tapo app > Cameras tab > Home/Away Mode card, please check if your camera is included. If so, check the detailed settings you configured on the Home/Away mode card, including the Privacy mode, Detection, Alarm, and Notifications settings. If the Detection feature is enabled, you can check if the detection zone is different from the one you configured.

The configurations on the Home/Away mode are preset settings, and you can click on the Home/Away mode card to apply these settings to your cameras. If the detection zone in the Home/Away mode is different from your current settings, your detection zone moves may be because the Home/Away mode settings apply to your cameras.
