Tapo Cloud Access
Hello,
Does anybody know if its possible to access Tapo cloud recording files even when the device is offline?

Hi,
If the camera has detection video clips stored on our cloud server, you can still access them even if the camera is offline. Below are the instructions:
1) Log in to the Tapo app with your TP-Link account.
2) Go to Cameras tab > Cloud Activity > Tap the Filter icon at the top right corner > Select your camera > Click on Apply.
3) Select the date.
4) Then you can watch the camera's video clips.
Note: The camera detection video clips can be stored for up to 7/30 days on the cloud server according to the Tapo Care service you subscribed to.
