Viewpoint keeps altering

Model: Tapo C500

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.1.2

I set 3 or 4 viewpoints then save, but after a while the viewpoints change, normally looking upwards. In addition I can't reset the viewpoints to their original position as I am faced with a message that the camera has reached it's maximum rotation
