Hi,
Please try the following steps for the reported phenomenon.

  1. Turn off the camera, remove the SD card from the camera if there is one, and turn it back on with the original power adapter that comes with the camera in the package.
  2. Wait for two minutes, and press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset.
  3. If the LED is flashing red and green, test if the camera's default SSID appears. If not, try to detect the default SSID on a different client device, such as another phone, tablet, or laptop.
  4. If the camera's default SSID can't be found on all your devices, contact your retailer or the local support team to check if the camera is under warranty.

Best Regards
