Hi there 

im using Tapo c220 camera with Tapo mobile applicable its working perfectly. I tried to add this camera to CP Plus DVR which supports two IP cameras. Camera is added successfully. The issue im facing after adding camera to DVR is that in live view of DVR low quality stream is shown when multiple camera view is selected but when single camera view is selected(full screen) then 2k stream is shown. When i tried to change the Encode setting of this camera in DVR then options are not selectable means i can't change anything. 
please help me to figure out the solution.

Hi,
Below are the instructions to view a Tapo camera on the DVR through RTSP/Onvif protocol.
How to view Tapo camera on PC/NAS/NVR through RTSP/Onvif Protocol
 

As you can see in the above instructions, usually, you need to enter/select the URL on the DVR when establishing the RTSP/Onvif connection. Take the URL of the RTSP live stream as an example:
high quality stream URL: rtsp://IP Address/stream1
low quality stream URL: rtsp:// IP Address/stream2

 

In your situation, please check if the URL changes when "multiple camera view" or "single camera view" is selected. The camera's video quality displayed on the DVR is related to the settings configured on the DVR. You may contact the DVR support team for further assistance.
