C260 H264 Codec
Hello,
While i'm research Tapo C260 on website Specifications - Tapo C260 | Pan/Tilt AI Home Security Wi-Fi Camera | TP-Link
I see codec is H264, but when I received product. And added to my synology it's said H265.and mirror stream is H264
I want switch back to H264 on mainstream.
Please add option to switch back to H264 codec.

Hi,
Could you please explain why you want to switch to the H.264 codec on mainstream? For instance, it's not possible to establish an RTSP stream with a third-party app via mainstream, or for other reasons. What's the third-party app?

@Solla-topee Hi, its due to Apple Home Kit Specs. Only H.264 works.

is there a reason why this isn't available as an option by default? I bought the camera mainly because the product page said h264. Even today the product page still says h264. I expect anyone wanting to integrate to HomeKit via scrypted or similar will have the same issue - need to either transcode main stream or accept using secondary stream, neither of which are ideal solutions. I will use the mail template also to request update...
