Footage not loading to cloud
Hi,
whenever we go on holiday and my cell phone loses coverage, I find I have to reset my camera otherwise no footage gets stored on the cloud.
I am at a loss as to why this would happen as there is no wifi loss to the camera at any stage.
Any advice would be appreciated

Usually, whether your phone has an internet connection or not won't affect the camera from uploading the detection video clips to our cloud server.
For the reported phenomenon, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. How do you find that the camera won't upload the video clips to the cloud server after your phone loses internet connection? Do you mean the camera will go back to work after a power off and on?
2. If the same phenomenon occurs, please record the date, time, and your time zone, then send them to us soon for analysis.
3. Please send me (@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.

@Solla-topee thanks for the reply.
I have been finding that I will have a notification(s) sent through when I check the camera after getting back into cell coverage but no recordings.
These are usually missing for the duration that I am out of cell coverage. I cannot see live footage unless I reboot the camera, which then sees the camera and recordings function normally.
i will send through details the next time this occurs.
