Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.5 Build 250428 Rel.41828

Camera goes off line almost daily, I have to drop power then reconnect, it works for a a day maybe two then drops out again.

Camera is 1m away from TP link AV600 wifi booster. All other cameras OK but they don't use this booster just the normal home wifi.

The problem camera has full wifi signal strength and confirmed with my phone.

Tried a hard reboot but no joy.

Just swapped camera over to another location to see if the problem moves.

Please help I need this one to work.

You can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if the camera has an unstable behavior.
What should I do if my Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going offline?
 

Please confirm the following information if the same phenomenon persists.
  1. The RSSI value of the camera.
  2. The test results of the above steps.
  3. Please unplug the AV600 Wi-Fi booster, move the camera closer to the router, and connect to the router's Wi-Fi directly. Then test if the camera works properly.
  4. You can go to the camera's Device Settings > Reboot page to enable the Auto Reboot feature, and check if it helps.
