Cant disable privacy
C200 no matter what I do, the camera switched to privacy.
When i control the camera it is switced to privacy, and there is no records.
and I actually have 2 camera and it is the same with both.
I have to switch vender if you cant help me.

Hi,
If the camera goes into privacy mode automatically, please check the following settings.
1. Go to the Tapo app > Cameras tab > Home Mode or Away Mode to check if your camera is included. If so, check if your camera's privacy mode is enabled. If your camera is included in the Home/Away mode and the privacy mode is enabled, applying the Home/Away mode will change your current settings.

2. Go to the Tapo app > Smart tab > Automation page to check if there are entries to turn on the Privacy Mode of your camera. If so, disable or remove these entries for a try.
