Model: Tapo C320WS  
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.3.5

As the title says. I can't download the playback. I'm on the same network as the camera but keep get the medsage saying "Can't download clip. Phone is not on the same network as the Tapo unit". 
 

This worked until like 1-2 months ago. 
 

any ideas?

You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot when failing to download the video clips from the SD card.
What can I do when I fail to download the video clips from the SD card?
