Hi,

My Tapo C425 time does not sync with the time accordingly but 2 of my other C425 time syncs perfectly till today.

Performed a reset on my router, changed the timezone on my router, changed the timezone on my tapo C425, removed and paired the camera again. Initially it would be sync. But after some time of inactivity, the time stopped syncing and it would be delayed but a few seconds. After some time, it will be 1 minute, and then 10 minutes.

Is there any fix for this?

Hi,
Typically, the Tapo camera will sync time when it connects to the internet. After a period of inactivity, if you notice the camera's time is delayed, please check the LED status on the camera and test if you can control the camera remotely using mobile data only on your phone.

Whether you have three Tapo C425 and only one camera has the reported behavior?

How do you correct the camera's time, such as by rebooting the camera?
