Help please. Ive tried to set up the camera, multiple factory resets and unplugging the power but I just get the red light and a clicking sound. 

 

The router is close to the camera and there are multiple other WiFi networks around.

 

I don't want to exchange it as it's bolted to the side.of the house.

Hi,
You can try the following steps and check if they help.


  1. Turn off the camera, remove the SD card from it, power it on with the original power adapter and cord that comes with the camera in the box.
  2. Wait for two minutes, press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset.
  3. If the camera's LED does not change and the camera does not respond to the reset operation, it may be that the camera has an issue. It's suggested to contact your retailer or local support to check if the camera is under warranty.
