Line crossing event failing
Recently bought this outdoor camera, it's nice in many ways but alarm things are not upto the mark
Line crossing detection failing even light crossed over camera
I have clearly defined the detection zones

If you mean that the camera's Line-Crossing detection feature is not working and the camera is not alarming, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. Send us the screenshots of the camera's Device Settings > Detection page and Line-Crossing Detection page.
2. Send us the screenshots of the camera's Device Settings > Alarm page and Alarm Event Type page.
3. Send us a video showing the reported phenomenon. You can upload the video and screenshots to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
