Bonjour, 

 

J'ai depuis peu une nouvelle caméra Tapo 510W elle fonctionne normalement sauf que parfois elle se met hors ligne et se relance (parfois elle ne se relance pas) mon wifi est bon et je n'ai pas de délai quand je contrôle la caméra est-ce que je peux avoir de l'aide pour savoir pourquoi la caméra se met en hors ligne ?

Hi,
You can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if your camera keeps going offline.
What should I do if my Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going offline?
 

You can also go to the camera's Device Settings > Reboot page to enable the Auto Reboot feature, then check if the camera works fine.

thank you for the answer.

 

Now my camera is offline and the led light is fully in red

 

I turn it off and on but the camera was online for only 2 minutes.

 

Now the camera is offline with a full red light.

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for further analysis.

 

  1. What's the model number of your router? Do you have internet and a stable connection on your phone/tablet when connecting to the router's Wi-Fi?

 

  2. Please press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset, then reconfigure the camera, connect it to the router's Wi-Fi directly, and check if the camera works fine.

 

  3. If yes, please pay attention to the RSSI value on the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page after tapping the Wi-Fi icon. If the RSSI value is less than -60 dBm, move the camera closer to the router to obtain a better Wi-Fi signal.

 

  4. If not, is the LED on the camera solid red? Please try turning off the router, enabling a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone with the same SSID and password as the router, rebooting the camera, and checking if it can connect to the hotspot Wi-Fi and function properly.
