Hola, tenemos un problema con las cámaras, las ponemos en modo privacidad y a veces antes otras veces después pero siempre se reactivan solas todas a la vez. La app está actualizada al igual que el firmware de todas las cámaras (4 son c510w y una es una 210c). Estoy pensando en devolver las ya que es muy molesto cuando estamos en casa.

 

Espero que alguien sepa una solución.

Hi,
In your situation, it may be that your cameras are included in the Home/Away mode, and the camera's privacy mode is turned on/off in the Home/Away mode. Then, applying the Home/Away mode will change all your camera's settings. You can refer to the following instructions to know the Home/Away mode.
How to edit Home and Away Mode for Tapo Cameras in the Tapo app
 

If this is not the case, please go to the Smart tab > Shortcut or Automation page to see if any entries exist to turn on/off the camera's privacy mode. If so, remove or disable these entries for a try.
