Our Tapo RV 20 MAX PLUS is not recognising our WIFI -
● Password and user name are correct
● GHz are appropriate
● Previous model was connected and no issues.
● Have tried all the trouble shooting tip's etc.

Note that the vacuum supports IEEE 802.11 b/g/n, 2.4 GHz band only. If your WiFi is a 2.4GHz and 5GHz combined network, try to create a separate 2.4GHz WiFi or disable the 5GHz temporarily. And don't forget to adjust the WiFi standard if it is set to 802.11ac or even 802.11ax.
Try to connect the device to a guest wifi or hotspot, see if that works.
