Is the problem that the Tapo camera disappears from the Tapo app? Usually, if no one presses the reset button to factory reset the camera or removes it from the Tapo app, the camera won't disappear from the Tapo app. If you haven't done these but the camera disappeared from the app, please try the following steps to protect your account and set up the camera again.
1. Refer to the following steps to change the TP-Link account's password and enable the 2FA feature to protect your account.
