Camera not work
Camera c500 not working and no led blink so please take my complete and solve my camera problem

Hi,
If there is no LED lit up on the Tapo C500, please confirm the following information.
1. Check if the camera is powered by the original power adapter and cord that came with the camera in the box. If not, connect the original power adapter and cord to the camera.
2. Try connecting the power adapter to a different power outlet.
3. Press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset.
4. Try connecting the camera to a different power adapter in case the power adapter is faulty.
If the LED on the camera is still not lit up, you can try contacting your retailer or our local team to check if the camera is under warranty.
