Detect object issue as a person
Always detect the lamp as a person. Hope teams can correct it

Hi,
Please confirm the following information about the Tapo C520WS.
1. Does it work with the Tapo H500, and is it an AI-Empowered device?
2. On the camera's Device Settings > Detection page, what detection types are enabled, and what is the sensitivity value?
3. If you have enabled the storage feature, please go to the camera's Playback & Download > Playback page to see if there are detection video clips created because of the lamp being detected as a person. If so, please send us a video showing the reported phenomenon.
4. Please send me the camera's MAC address via a private message.
You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
