I seem to have no recordings on a regular basis,  everything seems OK with my network , but I have to reboot the camera nearly every day

Hi,
The information about the reported phenomenon is unclear. Please provide more details about it.


  1. What's the camera's model number, firmware, and hardware version?
  2. Are the video recordings stored on our cloud server or an SD card inserted into the camera?
  3. On the camera's Device Settings > Detection page, please check what detection types are enabled and what the corresponding sensitivity value is. If an event is not recorded, have you received the corresponding detection notification?
  4. What's the LED status on the camera when you have no recordings? Can you control the camera locally and remotely before rebooting it?
  5. How often does this phenomenon occur?
