Hi have just purchased the c120, based inside but pointing out a window at front of our house. Doesn't seem to record at night? Have set the detention to people and motion but can't find any other settings that might be relevant. Can anyone help? It seems to stop recording around 10.45pm and start again around 6.30am. is there a sechudle recording time somewhere possibly? Thanks

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the reported phenomenon.

 

  1. Have you stored video clips on our cloud server or the SD card inserted into the camera?


  2. If an SD card is inserted into the camera for storing video clips, please go to the camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording > Recordings Schedule page to check your recording schedule, and describe your schedule settings here.


  3. It's recommended to check your camera's Live View page after 10:45 PM. Typically, we do not recommend placing the camera behind a window, as infrared lights may cause reflections when the camera works in Night mode, resulting in blurry and unclear images, thereby hindering the timely detection of moving objects. Then, the camera may not record video clips since no events are detected.
