Bonjour, j'ai depuis environ 3 mois, deux caméras Tapo C510W, qui, depuis 3 semaines-1 mois, ne font que d'apparaître hors ligne sur l'application. Je les ai débranché et rebranché, réinitialisé, etc... Mais elles se remettent systématiquement hors ligne, savez vous pourquoi ? Y'a t'il des solutions ?

Hi,
You can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if the camera keeps going offline.
What should I do if my Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going offline?
 

If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
  1. What's the model number of your router, and does your router have a stable connection?
  2. Please describe your network diagram in detail. Are the two Tapo C510W connected to your router's Wi-Fi directly, rather than an AP/RE?
  3. When the camera goes offline, what's the LED status on it, such as flashing red, solid red, etc.?
  4. When the camera is working, please go to its Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value.
  5. How often does the disconnect phenomenon occur?
