Person detected when no-one there
I have switched off motion detection, and have person detection at the highest sensitivity. However, I keep getting notifications that a person is present. Reviewing the footage there is no movement, possibly some light change as the sun filters through the trees.

Please provide the following information about the detection behavior.
1. Please send us a screenshot of the camera's Device Settings > Detection page. Is only Person Detection enabled?
2. On the camera's Playback & Download > Playback page, please send us a screenshot of this page with the corresponding video clip (no person but showing person is detected) displayed.
3. Could you please send us a video showing the reported detection behavior?
You can upload the video and screenshots to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.

Hi I have the same problem.
Many alerts of people detection but there's just a hanged towel waving with the wind.
