Hi,
Please confirm the following information about the reported phenomenon.
1. Whether all video recordings stored on the SD card are deleted, or only some of the oldest video recordings?
2. On the camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recordings > Local Storage page, is the storage empty or full? Is the Loop Recording feature enabled?
3. On the Tapo app > Me > View Account > Login Security > Login Activity page, can you see any device that does not belong to you logged into the Tapo app using your TP-Link account?
Best Regards

@Solla-topee hi just some of the older recordings were deleted. Some dodgy people came to my house and were tampering with the cameras . Then I saw the footage then later on it was deleted.

Hi,
1. On the camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recordings > Local Storage page, if the Loop Recording is enabled, the oldest video clips stored on the SD card will be deleted automatically if the SD card is full.
2. The Tapo camera does not support the feature to delete specific video recordings stored on the SD card. If you can still see the oldest video recordings and the new recordings, but some video recordings between them are missing, it may be that someone removed the SD card from the camera, deleted some video recordings on a PC, and then reinserted the SD card into the camera. In this situation, please ensure the camera is placed in a safe location.
