Le voyant reste toujours rouge clignotant seul, même après réinitialisation et en suivant le mode d emploi

Hi,
1. If the camera's LED is flashing red all the time and does not respond to the reset operation, please refer to the steps below.

  • Turn off the camera, remove the SD card from the camera, and then power on the camera using the original power adapter and cord that came with the camera in the box.
  • Wait for two minutes. Press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset. Then, check if the camera has a flashing red and green light.
  • If the camera has a flashing red and green light, try to reconfigure the camera in the Tapo app: How to set up the Tapo camera 
  • If the camera's LED remains flashing red and does not change at all when you reset it, you can contact your retailer or the local support team to check if the camera is under warranty.
     

2. If you fail to connect the camera to the router's Wi-Fi when configuring it after a factory reset, please refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot.
