Specific time
Recently my camera will not allow me to drag the time bar to a specific time. Every time I do it just snaps back or forward to a detection event.
Is there a setting to change this, please?

Hi,
Usually, on the camera's Playback & Download > Playback > SD card page, you can drag the timeline to a specific time to watch the video clip if you have set the camera to record video continuously.
If your camera is set to record detection video clips, it's suggested to find the video clips you want to watch under 'Detected Events' according to the time to view them.
You can send us a video showing the reported phenomenon for analysis if your camera has abnormal performance.
Please upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
