Hi, 

 

My Tapo c210 is not showing the continuous recordings in Tapo application even for before 1 hour recordings whereas those recordings are available in the sd card.

 

Could you please someone help me to resolve my issue.

Hi,
Typically, on the Tapo app > camera's Playback & Download > Playback > SD card page, you can scroll through the timeline to view the video you want if the camera is recording video continuously.

 

If you can't find the continuous video recordings in the Tapo app, please check the following information.
  1. Please send us the screenshots of the camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording page and the Recording Schedule page.
  2. Send us a screenshot of the camera's Playback & Download > Playback > SD card page.
  3. What's the model number and capacity of your SD card? When did you insert the SD card into the camera? Have you formatted it before the camera records video on it? When did the reported phenomenon occur?
