After update onvif motion detection is broken
Hello, after the latest firmware update 1.4.2 Build 250705 Rel.62348n, motion detection via ONVIF stopped working. Detection works through the standard Tapo application, but ONVIF does not! Since the camera works through the recorder, it is necessary that it was detected via ONVIF, please help with the problem.

Hi,
Please confirm the following information about the reported phenomenon.
1. Which third-party app are you using to establish the Onvif connection with the TC60? Whether the Onvif motion detection work before the firmware updates? If so, what's the firmware version previously used on the camera?
2. Please try a different third-party app, such as VLC or iSpy, and then check if the Onvif motion detection is working or not.
Best Regards

Hi,
If the detection feature works in the Tapo app with the TC60, you may try to remove the camera from the NVR, reboot the camera, re-establish the Onvif connection with the NVR, and then check if the Onvif motion detection works again.
