Hello I have a few C210 cameras and I foudn trhat the old HW v2 has a lower res for rtsp Stream2, whereas the newer C210 v3 has a higher RTSP stream 2... i think its 720p. I would like stream 2 to be lower quality as it takes up more gpu than it really needs to. I cannot find any settings in the app to change the res of the rtsp streams.

Typically, on the Tapo camera's Device Settings > Video & Display > Video Quality page, you can view the resolution options the camera supports for adjustment. The RTSP stream 2 uses the lowest resolution on the Video Quality page.
