How the hell can I speak to customer support!
I have got a TC82 outdoor camera solar panel powered for a couple of months. All of a sudden in the last week you can see the battery drops significantly day by day until it came offline today. So I have to take it off the wall and charge it. The app somehow prompts me to remove the device then I try to reconnect the device but always encountered "incorrect Wi-Fi password ". I have been stuck here for the day and just could not figure out who I can speak to . Where the hell is the customer service team ? Could anyone help!

Please refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if you fail to set up your camera.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
On your phone, go to the Settings > Wi-Fi page to forget your router's Wi-Fi network, then reconnect to it and enter the wireless password to verify that you have the correct one. When configuring the camera, please ensure you have typed the correct Wi-Fi password.
If you still fail to configure your camera, it's recommended to contact the technical support team for further assistance.
