If you are referring to being unable to disable the camera's privacy mode, please confirm the following information.

  1. What's the camera's model number and hardware version?

  2. You can refer to the following instructions to enable and disable the camera's privacy mode. If you fail to disable the privacy mode, what happens after you tap "Exit Privacy Mode"?

  3. If the camera's privacy mode turns on/off automatically, please go to the Smart > Automation page to check if there are any relevant automation entries. If so, try disabling or removing them.

  4. If you have shared your TP-Link account with others so they can control your camera, it's recommended to change the password of your account, and do not share your account with others.
