The main purpose of this post is due to having seen a third party app being discredited in another thread on these forums while it should'nt have been... I would've replied to that thread but the thread is now closed.

I saw another thread on here where the user was having trouble with camera audio through the blue iris software whom believed that blue iris was the issue. I'm here to say and confirm that the audio does indeed work with blue iris with all of my tapo cameras. I too first believed the same with audio trouble using blue iris but then noticed that the app's interface is somewhat tricky to see where the actual volume meter is, which after having familiarised myself with it more learned that the audio does indeed work.

Blue iris is a wonderful software to use as a third party security approach. What I like about it most is that it doesn't require/nor use any internet bandwidth for local rtsp feeds. I've yet to figure out how to communicate with the cameras using blue iris PTZ feature as I am able to control them using yet another third-party software called happytime onvif, thus unsure why i'm not able to do so with blue iris, as of yet... will update once I figure it out.

This is to further my previous post, as I've successfully figured out how to use PTZ controls with this make/model.
As for this C211 make/model:

Open Configure Camera, go to Video Tab, Press configure button (next to Network IP)
rtsp://192.168."subnet"."client"/stream1 (whatever your subnet and camera client ip is, example: 192.168.1.101/stream1)
Below enter the Username and Password

Media/Video/RTSP Port: 554
Discovery/ONVIF Port: 2020

Receive Buffer (MB): 6.0
Uncheck: Use RTP/UDP Ports
Check: Send RTSP Keep-alives
Check: Use RTSP/stream timecode
Uncheck: Skip initial MAC, HTTP, DNS reachbility tests
Uncheck: Decoder compatibility mode
Uncheck: Get ONVIF Trigger events
Uncheck: Setup RTSP back-channel for talk support (PCM-U format)

ONVIF Source: (note there are 2 boxes here)
box1: VideoSource_1
box2: VideoSource_1

Click OK to save and close configuration page
Head over to the PTZ/Control Tab

Check: Enable Pan/Tilt/Zoom and other controls (focus, brightness, etc.)
Network IP: ReoLink ONVIF
Check: Use another IP/Port
Enter 2020 as the port

Everything else should be unchecked except for "Enable PTZ UI" and "Suspend motion detection" which should be the only 2 options checked
Click OK to save and close, everything should work now for this C211 make/model

.
Although, to configure the C560WS, I had to take a different approach...
.
Open Configure Camera, go to Video Tab, Press configure button (next to Network IP)

The following configuration is what I enterered to make PTZ work...
http://192.168."subnet"."client" (whatever your subnet and camera client ip is, example 192.168.1.102)
Below to enter the Username and Password

Make: Generic/ONVIF
Model: RTSP H.264/H.265/MJPG/MPEG4

Media/video/RTSP Port: 554
Discovery/ONVIF Port: 2020
Cam#:1

mainstream: /stream1
(can also use mainstream: /stream2)

Receive Buffer (MB): 6.0
Uncheck: Use RTP/UDP Ports
Check: Send RTSP Keep-alives
Check: Use RTSP/stream timecode
Check: Skip initial MAC, HTTP, DNS reachbility tests
Uncheck: Decoder compatibility mode
Uncheck: Get ONVIF Trigger events
Uncheck: Setup RTSP back-channel for talk support (PCM-U format)

Onvif source: (note, there are 2 boxes here)
box1: Raw_vs1
box2: vsconf

Click OK to save and close this configuration page
Now head to PTZ/Control Tab

Check: Enable Pan/Tilt/Zoom and other controls (focus, brightness, etc)
Network IP: ONVIF (OXML)
Check: Use another IP/Port
Enter 2020 as the port

Everything else should be unchecked except for "Enable PTZ UI" and "Suspend motion detection" which should be the only 2 options checked
Click OK to save and close, everything should work now for this C560WS make/model
