Restart C200 remotely
My camera has a WiFi connection to a 5G Hub (router). I am on holiday and the Hub has disconnected for some reason. Thus, the camera is offline. The network Three can restart the router remotely but they tell me that the camera will need to be reset at the same time. Can I ask if this can be done remotely via the Tapo app? Advice would be much appreciated. Thank you

If the camera is offline in the Tapo app, it's unable to reboot the camera remotely in the Tapo app. You may ask your family member to help reboot the camera to reconnect to the router if possible.
