My arrive home nd leave hone is no longer working after switching internet providers. I have gone through all the troubleshooting including reinstalling the camera.  Still not working

Hi, 
You can try the following steps if the Geofencing automation is no longer working.
   1. Verify that the automation rule is enabled in the Tapo App.
   2. Check that the camera can be remotely controlled via the app (for example, using mobile data).
   3. Double-check the Effective Time set for the automation rule.
   4. When you are using Geofencing (Arrive/Leave) as a trigger:
       a. Enable Precise Location and set location access for the Tapo app to "Always" in your phone settings.
       b. Make sure you have a strong GPS signal—preferably outdoors with open sky.
       c. Disable power-saving mode on your phone.
       d. Remove the Tapo app from the Sleeping Apps list, if applicable.

 

If the above steps do not help, please confirm the following information.
  1. Please send me (@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.
  2. On the Tapo app > Smart tab > Automation > Geofencing automation entry page, please send us the screenshots of the detailed configurations.
  3. Try to trigger the Geofencing automation entry to work, and record the date, time, and time zone when the trigger occurs. Then, send us the detailed time info for further analysis.
