Just took delivery of this doorbell and trying to set it up however the light is flashing green and red but it's not creating a WiFi_Doorbell_XXXX network to connect to so I can't complete installation. 

 

Tried a few devices, tried resetting, tried tuning off for a while and back on. Turned phone off and on. Nothing seems to work!

Make sure you've reset the doorbell correctly: press and hold the SYNC/RESET button for 5 seconds. The doorbell should blink red quickly while it is resetting. 

 

Double-check the WiFi signals on different mobile devices. Disable and re-enable the WiFi. Restart the mobile devices. 

 

If the problem persists after several comparison tests, there may be a hardware issue with the doorbell's WiFi module. In this case, we recommend getting a replacement first. To proceed with device warranty, please contact the retailer or local TP-Link support
