Hallo warum werden die Bilder und Videos aus dem speichert Cloud einfach gelöscht wen man ein Stromabbruch hat ? Und wie komme ich an die im Cloud gelöschten Bilder / Videos ?? Kamera ws520

Hi,
If you have a Tapo C520WS and the detection video clips are stored on our cloud server, please go to the camera's Live View page, tap Tapo Care to see if it is enrolled in the Tapo Care premium plan or basic plan.
If the camera subscribes to the premium plan, the video clips can be stored on our cloud server for up to 30 days. If the camera subscribes to the basic plan, the video clips can be stored on our cloud server for up to 7 days. After these periods, the video clips will be deleted automatically and can't be restored.
Typically, a power outage will not result in the deletion of video clips stored on our cloud server. If your camera is offline in the Tapo app, you can go to Cameras tab > Cloud Activity page to find the video clips stored on our cloud server for your camera.
Where can I find detection recordings of Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
