Model: Tapo C520WS
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.2

Hi - I have installed Tapo C520WS today. Facing 2 issues.

1. There is weird and moderately loud whirring noise which comes when camera moves between a particular angle but fairly normal sound of motor at other angles. Any suggestions how to solve it? Is it hardware issue?

2. After tracking, it ends up at some weird angle and stops moving. What could be the reason?

Wanted to attach video but it is failing to upload despite being 2MB only.

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the reported phenomena.

  1. Would you please send us a video showing the weird and moderately loud whirring noise that comes when the camera moves between a particular angle? You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
