All Devices suddenly offline
All my devices are showing offline all of the sudden.
C100 camera,
2x P100 plug
And L920 led
Nothing has changed, Internet is stable (using it to create this post). Tried to reset as recommended, but no response from any of my hardware.
Is TP server down or something?

@SusGus just leaving a reply here cause im not sure if is the same problem i have. Im my case i was monitoring and recording the stream from my tapo c100 in my computer via rtsp and everything was working fine until some hours ago, Now i cant get the rtsp stream to work on any of my devices but everything is still working fine in the tapo app, Nothing in the config changed, still the same account with same name, passwod, ip etc,
As a weird happening, i have my cam installed upside down on the ceiling so i use the flip image option but overnight the stream via rtsp with obs froze at about 3am my time and the image was flipped when i checked in the tapo app, like if the flip image option was disabled but it wasnt so after disconnecting and reconnecting the cam everything went back to normal... but hours later here i am with no clue why the rtsp stream is not working,

Hi,
We have not received any feedback regarding our cloud server being down until now. In your situation, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. Who is your ISP? What's the model number of your router?
2. What's the LED status on the Tapo camera and plug, such as solid green, flashing red, etc.?
3. Take a camera or plug as an example, when you press the reset button on the device for 10 seconds to factory reset it, does the LED on the Tapo device not have any response?
Best Regards

Hi,
Your case is different from this post. It's recommended to start a new thread here with the following information for further assistance.
1. Is there an SD card inserted into the camera? Have you joined the camera to the Tapo Care service?
2. What's the LED status on the camera, such as solid green, flashing red, etc.?
3. How many devices are streaming the camera simultaneously? Via Tapo app or RTSP/Onvif connection? Locally or Remotely?
4. Please turn the camera off, wait for two minutes, turn it back on, and check if you can stream it again via RTSP.
Best Regards

@Solla-topee Hey thanks, i let it overnight without streaming over rtsp, just the microsd card (and yes, i inserted a new sd card just hours before rtsp failing) and just now, before trying to reset the camera, I tried the rtsp stream again and it's working. If it happens again I'll make sure to follow your recommendations.

Hi,
Thank you for the update. If the camera is working fine now, you can continue to monitor it for a while and feel free to reply if you need further assistance.
