Black screen
Why does my camera not show the proper picture? It keeps switching to a black screen.
I'm trying to record my car at night, from inside my house.

Hi,
Below are the instructions to place a Tapo camera. Typically, we do not recommend placing a camera behind glass/window, as the infrared lights may cause reflection when the camera works in Night mode, resulting in blurry and unclear images, thereby hindering timely detection of moving objects.

@Solla-topee yeh, I returned my indoor camera and purchased an outdoor camera, and that has fixed the issue.
