No microphone sound
Since the last firmware update, my 520ws was no mic sound and makes a terrible noise.

Hi,
If you mean on the Tapo app > camera's Live View page, you can't hear any sound from the camera even when someone is talking in front of it, please check if the microphone volume set on the camera's Live View page is the highest value.
Would you please send us a video showing the noise phenomenon? You can record a video on the camera's Live View page manually, then download it to your phone and send it to us. You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
