Hi all, 

About a year ago I was hoping to add a littlebit of additional security to my home and bought a Tapo D325. But so far it has not been working as I want it. I chose the Tapo D325 for the wide camera angle and the fact that it could have a micro sd card, but I am just never able to obtain video's when I feel it is necessary. 

Downloading the video's directly from the Tapo is just not working, not downloading, nothing so on that part I gave up long ago. Even 99/100 times when something just happened, or that day and if I'm trying to see if I can find it, I can see the snapshot in the app. But it is not displaying the video at all. I have had moments, for instance today when I felt the urge to still see the video and I'm removing the micro sd card and it shows me the last two video's:

20251020_202407_tp000017  (which records from 2025-10-20 20:24 for 14 seconds)

There was a lot of activity in between, but it just not on the microsd card? From 2025-10-19 16:01 till 2025-10-20 

Perhaps I'm doing something completely wrong, but maybe there is some experience here related to the same issue?
