No notification, no recording

Hi,
I installed camera and application two days ago. I subscribed to free iCloud storage tryout.
Everything was working perfectly until this morning.
I only get live view.
No recording and no notifications.
I restarted my router.
There is no SIM card.
please help

@BTDen I only have live view too. It detects activiy but does not record. It stopped this morning. I am trying to figure out if there is a problem on their end.

@Kobe97 that's what I thought but if you go to their own outage page they say they are having no issues. You would think if they were having issues they would at least put it out on their own outage information page.
