Light Blinking red and won't factory reset?

Hi,
Please try the following steps for the reported phenomenon.
1. Press the power button for 3 seconds to turn off the camera. Remove the SD card from the camera if there is one, then press the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on.
2. Connect the camera to the power adapter and power cord, or ensure the battery is charged enough.
3. Press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it.
4. If the LED is still flashing red and the camera does not respond to the reset operation. You can contact your retailer or our local support team to check if the camera is under warranty.
