C200 and C500
Dear Team,
We have installed the 2 Tapo cameras C200 and C500.
While accessing the video playback from C200, I got an error related to a network issue and reached the limit.
While accessing the video playback from the C500, I got an error related to the SD card is not mounted.
I have tried all the way to fix the issue for which you have provided a solution in the portal, but it is not resolved.
Kindly check and revert back.

Hi,
On the Tapo C200:
1) What's the model number and capacity of the SD card inserted into the camera?
2) On the camera's Device Setting > Storage & Recording > Local Storage page, is the Loop Recording enabled? Is the SD card full?
3) Do you mean the camera does not record new videos after 23/10/2025?
4) Is the camera's detection feature working? For example, can you receive detection notifications? Is the camera set to record detection video clips or continuous video recordings?
On the Tapo C500:
1) What's the model number and capacity of the SD card inserted into the camera?
2) Please send us a picture of the error message related to the SD card that appears in the Tapo app.
Best Regards

Every day around 4PM, it automatically rotated up and down, then it went to the camera on top after that, it won't record, and then we have to reboot the camera.
.
if i check the playback, i can see the last video itself rotating.

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the Tapo C500.
1. Please check the model number of the SD card.
2. Have you powered on the C500 with the original power adapter and cord that comes with it in the box, rather than using another adapter or extension cable?
3. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Reboot Camera page to check if the Auto Reboot feature is enabled. If so, what time have you selected to reboot the camera?
4. Whether the camera enables privacy mode after it tilts on top? Please go to the Tapo app > Smart tab > Automation to check whether there are entries to pan or tilt the Tapo C500, and check if there are entries to turn on the camera's privacy mode. If so, disable or remove these entries for a try.
Best Regards
