 If you can't power on your Tapo C510W, please try the following steps.
 
 
 
  1. Make sure the camera is securely connected to the original power adapter and cord that comes with the camera in the package.
   2. Try plugging the power adapter into a different wall socket to rule out any issues with the outlet.
   3. If you have another compatible power adapter, test it with your camera to see if the original adapter might be faulty.
   4. Remove the SD card from the camera if there is one, and try powering it on again.
   5. Press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset.
 
 
 
If the camera still won't power on, please contact your retailer or our local support team to check whether it's under warranty.
