C560ws constantly detecting people without anyone near the camera
Constantly getting false positives literally the entire time. No movement is there at all. This thing is broken I think.
This is what my entire feed looks like, every three minutes a detection.
Got my sensitivity set to 1 for people, this is unusable.

Hi,
For the reported phenomenon, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. On the camera's Device Settings > Detection page, what detection types have you selected? What is the sensitivity value?
2. On the camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording > Recording Schedule page, is the whole page in yellow color?
3. Please send me (@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.

Sensitivity is set to 1 or 9 doesn't make a difference.

My recording setting is set to continuous so all is Blue. But it still detects continuous events which it shouldn't do.

Hi,
I have pushed new firmware to your camera. Please update it via the Tapo app and check if it helps.
Do you have a Tapo H500 in your network? Are the Tapo C560WS stored video recordings on the H500? Or is an SD card inserted into the camera?

I indeed have an h500 and record straight to that. There is no sd card. It will sometimes function normally when i have restarted the camera.

Hi,
Do you mean that after updating to the new firmware, the Tapo C560WS still exhibits the same phenomenon reported?
