Hello,

 

I have constant disconnection issues with my NX510v and discussing with TP-Link in my country, they tried several firmware version upgrades from the web interface, unsuccessfully.

 

Initially, the version was 1.1.0 3.0.0 v6060.0 Build 230714 Rel. 56669n.

 

The TP-Link engineer then tried to upgrade to 1.2.0 3.0.0, but the upgrade process would finish without actually changing the version.

 

We then proceeded to do another version switch, this time to 1.0.0 3.0.0 v6060.0 Build 230321 Rel.72292n (which was successful), and then again to 1.2.0 3.0.0 which did not work.

 

I am now stuck at 1.0.0.

 

 

Any idea how to upgrade to the latest versions? I understood it helps stabilize the connections.

Hi, thank you very much for your feedback.

Did you receive NX510v from the mobile service provider?

1.0.0 3.0.0 v6060.0 Build 230321 Rel.72292n seems to be a customized firmware for Orange.ro.

It is also suggested to contact the ISP to see whether there is any new firmware available, as the customized firmware needs to be permitted by the SIM ISP first.

Hi David,

 

No, the NX510v was purschased separately, not from a service provider. Though I have been told that all of them in Romania are being ultimately resold by Orange.

 

When I spoke with TP-Link Romania, they snet me the firmware version they shared with Orange Romania - that being NX510v(EU1)V1_1.2.0_3.0.0_Build_240912. I will check with Orange directly as well, but in case it's the same version, any other recommendation is welcomed.
