Hello,

I purchased a Tapo C840 Smart Monitor Camera, and the H500 SmartBase, but when I try to add the C840 to it on the app I see the message - "Firmware not supporting. Please update it to the latest version" in the Unavailable Devices list.

The firmware on the H500 is 1.3.8

The firmware on the C840 is 1.4.1

I cannot enable all the features of the C840 as it says I need a MicroSD, but this shouldn't be needed with the H500 surely!

When will the firmware update be available in the UK for this to work?

(Also on a seperate note, I just saw the thread about the annoying clicking noises on the C840 - I also hear this and will follow up on that thread).
