Problems in playback using tapo h200 hub
There is a problem with the hub when I try to view the recording saved in tapo h200 hub either in 2x,4x...16x after few seconds it shows error. The problem persists only if the recording is saved to hub but if recording is saved in memory card of the camera there is no problem in the playback only issue is with the hub tried multiple times but no solution. Pls resolve this issue as soon as possible as unable to view in 2x,4x...16x it is not possible to view large time frame

Do you still receive the 'No Recordings' error if you play the videos at normal speed?
Please make sure your Tapo app is updated. What's the current version? Have you tried to use another phone or tablet?
How many cameras are linked to the H200?

No I don't recieve No recording error when I play at normal speed only if I use 2x,4x...16x after few seconds of playing it shows no recording everytime
I have updated tapo app but nothing works
Current version is 1.6.0
I used in another phone but same problem persists.
Currently 2 devices are connected to tapo H200 and I am using recommend memory card as per official tapo suggested list.
I have also shared MAC address through private message @Wayne-TP.Pls resolve the issue

While I was testing my hub, h200 just froze, and only hard restarting brought it back to life hah
Ok, I get why it's happening, it's because of another bug from that topic - https://community.tp-link.com/en/smart-home/forum/topic/844262?sortDir=ASC&page=1, when you fast forward and you hit the spot with that 1 to 3 second missing footage, it's showing you no recording and can freeze your hub until you power cycle it.

@SugarBaby But the problem persists even if there is full footage.I don't have 1 to 3s of missing video in any time frame till the issue persists
@Wayne-TP pls resolve this issue as it is the basic feature of the hub and camera without this feature it is useless device as I am unable to check long footage as it will take huge time so resolve this issue as soon as possible

@Maichel even if you zoom in? just check before and after event. it's common issue with h200 at this moment
