unusable on iPhone
The last update distorted iPhone usability...need to look at Changing product if they don't fix it soon.

I just downloaded the Tapo app this weekend to set up a new camera and have been having issues as well. Did yours work before this week?
I can't go past the blue searching for camera screen on iPhone. When the camera was finally configured and visible on the app by using a Samsung phone instead, the app on iPhone shows details that aren't real like a camera battery of 0% when it is actually 100% and plugged in to the wall. Also SD card storage that is not real like 8 gb max storage when it has an empty 128gb card

Please confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. What's your iPhone's model and OS version? What version of the Tapo app is installed on your iPhone? You can go to the Tapo app > Me > About page to see the version info.
2. On the Tapo app > Me > View Account page, please ensure you have logged in to the Tapo app with the same TP-Link account on your Android phone and iPhone.
3. Would you please send us the screenshots showing that the same camera has different details on an Android phone and an iPhone?
